Cancellation Policy
- Your stay and wellbeing are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected events can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your reservation(s).
Our Policy
- To cancel the reservation(s), we respectfully request at least 72 hours’ notice before the date of arrival. In this case, we offer you a credit to your city ledger account but, do not offer refunds.
Late Cancellations
- A cancellation is considered late when the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the arrival date. In this case, we will charge you half (1/2) of the rate for late cancellation.
No Shows
- A no-show is when a guest misses check-in without cancelling. In this case, we charge you the full rate for missed check-in.
- Check-Out after 12:00 noon attracts an extra charge – 50% before 4:00 pm
- Check-Out after 12:00 noon attracts an extra charge – 100% after 4:00 pm
- No personal cheque is acceptable || Verve/Visa/Mastercard are all accepted
- Recreation – The apartment features an Outdoor Swimming Pool and an Urban Chilling Area
- Services – Pick up and Drop off at the Airport, Rent a car service, Business Centre, Laundry, Event Facilities, Concierge Desk, 24 Hours Room Service.
